Michelle’s goal is to provide an open, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, and together with her, you can work toward managing difficulties and building the life that you want.

Using a collaborative approach Michelle's mission is to promote health through a balanced approach to food, weight, and body image. She provides counseling strategies and utilizes a range of treatment modalities to help achieve these goals.
