Insurance

Although insurance is not accepted, an invoice will be generated that can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement.

 

Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have out-of-network medical/mental health benefits?

• What is my deductible and has it been met?

• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

• What is the coverage amount per session?

• Do I need pre-approval to begin treatment?

 

 

Payment

Michelle accepts cash, checks, and all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover) at time of service.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be canceled 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. All appointments not canceled prior to 48 hours will be charged the full fee.
